Are your phones compatible with hearing aids?

All of the above phones are hearing aid compatible to varying degrees. In addition to standard features, including vibrating alerts, text messages, and a variety of ringtones, most of the phones we offer are M3/T3.

Hearing-aid-compatible phones are rated according to their capabilities. This rating indicates the level of possible interference between the cell phone and the hearing-aid device. 

• A "T" rating means the wireless phone is equipped with a telecoil interface, which can work with a telecoil-equipped hearing aid. This reduces interference, and makes the conversation easier to hear. 
• An "M" rating indicates that the cellular phone can operate in "microphone" mode, and should help reduces interference between the hearing-aid device and the cellular phone. 

In either case, the higher the number, the lower the interference level; an M4/T4 device is less likely to cause interference than an M3/T3 device. Consult with your audiologist about whether your hearing-aid device is t-coil-equipped or not. A Pine representative will be glad to demonstrate how you can switch between M and T modes, and can show you how to make test calls to see how the phone works with your device.

Pine Cellular offers a 30-day trial period, during which a customer may return a cellular phone if it does not work properly with the customer's hearing aid device.

What is Wireless Phone Protection?

Wireless Phone Protection gives you:

• Coverage for loss, theft and damage (including water damage)
• Replacement of your device while in the office to file your claim
• If you choose to cancel the coverage, you cannot add back until an upgrade, or new handset is purchased.

To be eligible for Wireless Phone Protection, you must enroll within 30* days of one of the following:

• Purchase or upgrade to a new device and activate it on a new or existing line.

Wireless Phone Protection costs $5.99 or $10.99 per month depending on device type. With Wireless Phone Protection, if you file a claim, you'll need to pay a deductible.

How much does Pine Cellular Service cost?

The cost of our Freedom Nationwide Unlimited plan will depend on the number of lines you need and the specific plan you select. For example, Pine Cellular Unlimited Plan costs $25/mo. per line when you add ACH and sign a 2-year contract.

How do I make my payment?

The due date is the 10th of each month. AutoPay accounts are charged on the due date of their invoice.
